Minato/Yellow Flash Isn't fast

He is awesome and he would still be really powerful without his Seal-Transportation technique, but like the title said, he isn't fast. Without his sealing technique or his sealed kunai, would he be fast? I don't think so. What I am trying to say is that he isn't fast, he just has a very good Ninjutsu (which makes him very cool, but not fast).

IMO Minato might not be the fastest or close without FTG however, being a speed based fighter you NEED good reflexes and Minato has them, shown in the fight with Ay and Bee.

Minato is fast because Kishimoto has stated so. Besides, I'd like to see another shinobi try and grab an infant, rip explosive tags from its blankets, and teleport in a few seconds as successfully as Minato did.
