It's simple.

When Obito switched places with Minato, the orbs didn't follow him. Minato teleported himself back into the middle of the orbs, and is trying to dodge them. You can especially see this on the previous page.

What you are seeing is Minato standing where Obito was. Minato and Tobirama switched places. Tobirama's was hand was on Obito so he teleported with Tobirama.

The spheres orbiting Obito aren't as quick as the FGT nor are they directly attached to Obito so they didn't move.
