Same Hiragana for both occasions, but the Shunshin lacked the "FFP" sfx, while the tree panel has that "FFP" sfx, as does every single Hiraishin Minato used in the span of those 2-3 chapters. So no, he has a point.

The "FFP" sfx is not even official though, translators put it there, Kishi puts the Hiragana there himself, it's clear which one is the valid one.

So i guess kishi has no distinct hiragana for FTG and shunshin.

I remember him being hyped to be on Raikage with Lightning armor speed level by reflexes alone. Imo if he was that fast he could dodge and counter this more effectively

Well considering he waited until A's fist was in his face before he grabbed his Kunai and flick it up by A's face before FTG shows how fast his base speed is. Wasn't Minato leaving due to the retreat signal when A surprised attacked him and got dodged.

O.T. Besides what I said above, Minato's Shunshin was fast enough to save baby Naruto which Obito praised and Minato's Shunshin had him go from where Obito and Rin was to where Kakashi speed blitz too in time to save Kakashi, mark the enemy, and return to Obito and Rin all in seconds. The fact that Minato could react to A's fastest speed at point blank range when Sasuke with MS couldn't shows Minato's speed is above Sasuke's who was said to have God speed with his Shunshin. So is Minato isn't fast then Sasuke is sure slow.

Also your only examples of Minato being hit was against Juubi Jins while he was an Edo Tensei which lowers all of his stats including his speed. Alive Madara shown greater speed after he was revived than Edo Madara has.

Minato came all the way form Konoha to the frost country using sunshin in just a few minutes. That feat itself puts him at MHS speed. U_U
