Minato will summon the sage using FTG?

What if to use a summoning jutsu there needs to be a seal on both sides.
That is how it works when minaturd teleported the ttb.
My theory is that summoning requires chakra in the form of a seal on both ends.
This would mean that Minato has a seal on himself.
This would also mean that some one placed seals on the aminalz.

The basis doesn't make sense. Minato hasn't displayed any knowledge of the sage. If he could do something as useful as that he would have done it from when the Juubi was awakened.
