Minato will not face Obito again

Minato sealed the nine tails into Naruto for the sole purpose of defeating Obito, if Minato came back and beat him again it wouldnt fit the plot progression. Minato will probably help Hashirama, Tobirama and Hiruzen with defeating Madara or aiding against the Juubi at best.

Actually minato sealed the 9 tails into naruto to save the village, obito was already defeated at that point in time.

Makes sense, but I think Minato will still fight Obito. It is his student, after all.

I'm not saying Minato will be the one who defeats him, but he will help in aiding Naruto/Kakashi who would be the ones that finish Obito off.

That said, it's not like Minato knew he'd be revived via Edo Tensei when he sealed the Kyuubi. Before that time, he thought he was never going to be around to deal with Obito, so he had to rely on Naruto to do it. Things can still change, despite what has previously been said.

You think after all the twist like Sasuke turning good thanks to Hashirama's words and Naruto not being able to do anything after so many chances had an effect, now that Minato will not face Obito
