Like others have stated, you need markings for FTG to work. So it would take however long it would take to put a marking on something, which makes it not "no time has passed". So KAMUI is better in this regard.

Space time ninjutsu isn't actually speed to begin with. The only reason 8th Gate Gai is counted it speed is because he is kicking in an extremely fast pace. He's so fast and strong that space is warped around him.

You are too narrow minded and trapped in your own little Naruto world to actually look at the real meaning of speed. I don't care if Minato's FTG is regarded as speed. Warping and spacial movement is not actual speed. Whether the manga has stated him to be the fastest or not is irrelevant now, as Sasuke doesn't need a Kunai to attack Madara. He has his eyes, which is a much faster asset than throwing Kunai's.

I don't give a crap. By extension, you could say that having chakra enhance speed at all is not "true speed." I beg to differ about space. Light is too slow to escape from a black hole's gravitational pull, which means bent space is related to speed. Think of FTG as bending space to make an unobtainable speed.

Teleportation isn't speed, but Minato is fast though.

However, given how KCM Naruto is on par with full speed A, I'd say he has surpassed Minato's actual speed now. BM Naruto crossed an entire battlefield in a single panel, so take that as you will, however keep in mind he also deflected several Bijūdama in like a split second.

Naruto is likely faster than Eight Gates Gai. Madara isn't a good measure for Gai's feats as he isn't particularly fast in comparison, plus he wasn't even taking Gai seriously to begin with, and was actively goading him into using more of the Gates' power. Those "Oh, shit I could actually die from" inner monologues are byproducts of him tripping on his god complex and trying to test his newfound powers.

Don't even get me started on Sasuke. He's not even in the top 5 speedsters. It's his Rinnegan that makes him appear to move faster, as confirmed by Madara.

. Many people are rating Minato's speed from what we see from him in the war but forget that edo's are weaker than when they were alive. Madara haven't shown the speed he used to blitz Naruto and Sai when he was Edo and Hashirama even said Madara was revived with his past powers so Minatos' and Tobirama's speed aren't at their fullest potential. Madara even said the brothers can't use their full powers

Minato was still hailed as the fastest by people like A, Yamato, Kakashi, Bee and Tsunade who all compared Naruto's speed feats to Minato's and we know SM increases speed and the power of jutsus as well.
