However, given how KCM Naruto is on par with full speed A, I'd say he has surpassed Minato's actual speed now. BM Naruto crossed an entire battlefield in a single panel, so take that as you will, however keep in mind he also deflected several Bijūdama in like a split second.

Naruto is likely faster than Eight Gates Gai. Madara isn't a good measure for Gai's feats as he isn't particularly fast in comparison, plus he wasn't even taking Gai seriously to begin with, and was actively goading him into using more of the Gates' power. Those "Oh, shit I could actually die from" inner monologues are byproducts of him tripping on his god complex and trying to test his newfound powers.

Don't even get me started on Sasuke. He's not even in the top 5 speedsters. It's his Rinnegan that makes him appear to move faster, as confirmed by Madara.
