Hashirama is obviously the most powerful when it comes to raw strength. But Minato's speed and FTG is Hashirama's weakness.

Think about it. Hashirama is someone who's forte is taking on enourmous threats, such as tailed beasts. A small, fast opponent is his weakness.

Hashirama can't hope to tag Minato, while it should be relatively easy for Minato to tag Hashirama.

Hiruzen and Tsunade don't need to be debated, as Tsunade obviously loses and Hiruzen doesn't have any feats.

Tobirama is his true competition, but again, due to lack of feats, we have to put Minato > Tobirama.

Nope hashi is the greatest but minato is the most dangerous one on the battlefield right now. If you an edo, he will seal you as well as a bijuu. His speed, jutsu and intelligence make the rest looks like nothing. S/t barrier can deflect anything apart from shinra tensei. Madara should be careful of him. I'm sure the ninja alliance will shit in their pants When they realize it's the yellow flash the 4th hokage aka yondaime.
