Minato was being summoned by orochimaru

Ok i just remembered the fight between orochimaru and hiruzen, I just noticed that minato was being summoned. He cant be summoned because his soul was in the devils stomach, So in anycase he did something to keep the third coffin closed.

So did the coffin not succeed at opening due to his soul being in the devil, or what?!
Is this a flaw?

Minatos soul was in the death reapers belly hence wasn't able to be revive but since oro cut the seal open minato, hashi, tobirama, hiruzen, and oros arms got released.

I think it was both. Hiruzen stopped the coffin, but if the coffin had came, then the edo tensei wouldnt have worked right.

I would listen to kabuto, as he is a master of edo tensei, than hiruzen, who just recognized it.

Hiruzen stopped it.

Even if Hiruzen didn't stopped it, it wouldn't have worked anyway.

Hiruzen stopped the coffin halfway but if the coffin would have gone up then it would fail because Minato soul was in the Reaper.
