was He also a jin for awhile. he sealed up half of the kyubi chakra into his own body. If that reaper wasnt to kill him . would he have been able to use the kyubi chakra?

so if he gave the other half to naruto
their would be 2 9tailed beast?

he didnt seal it into his body, he sealed into death reaper seal which processes thru the body (pretty sure)

then the chakra regenerates so it means kurama has his normal chakra reserves and not half.

He would be a jin for short period of time though. He didnt seal the soul in him so once he has used up that chakra he wont have any way for him to regenerate it.

No. Minato literally said that he was sealing Kurama's Yin chakra into the Death God. He didn't make himself a Jinchuriki.
