truth be told minato was a strong ninja but a terrible sensie.
People will justify anything. I would accept that, but there's a reason Naruto's birth was secret.
After watching this week episode of Naruto, he's horrible. Check this out:
1. Was off doing other shit when Obito got crushed.
2. Didn't care that Obito died or supposedly.
3. Gave Obito horrible advice to get Rin.
4. Didn't care that Rin died.
5. In this week episode he sent Kakashi on missions after just losing Rin and Obito.
6. Failed realize he was fighting his own student.
You can hate Obito as much as you want, but this is probably the best thing Obito could have told him:
Obito messed up the moment with that Hokage part, but the other part.. yeah. You must be registered for see images
I'm not saying Minato should cry over them, but I felt should have said something to Kakashi. Minato does make up for it in Chapter 655 though.
Obviously, he was the worst sensei. He's behind Kakashi father as the worst dad too.
what are the criterion of being a good sensei ?
Can't believe you said such a thing. Most likely someone took control of your accountKakashi was a pretty good sensei.

OT: Nobody is perfect
I think the period played a significant role in the difference in attitude between both though. Kakashi's group lived in a war period when Naruto's group lived in a period of peace. It's not Minato's fault however concerning Obito's and Rin's death. The Hokage is the one distributing missions and at that time, Konoha was terribly lacking in terms of men, fire power and so on. So if anything, the bad one should be the Hokage(Hiruzen) for allowing/making such a decision. But i could understand his decision however since like i've said, Konoha was terribly lacking in men and fire power.Mainly cause we've seen Kakashi the most. I remember him being there when Zabuza and the demon dudes attack team 7, for that old man I believe they were supposed to be guarding. I remeber him teaching Sasuke and Naruto how to control their chakra to climb thag tree. He didn't leave his students alone until they had to venture off on there on during the chunin exam. Even the SRA Kakashi was shocked Tsunade let them rookie go off on there own to fight. Obviously teaching Sasuke Chidori etc.... I didn't see much from Minato, like did he train Kakashi to be fast in order to control Chidori. More of a back story on team Minato is needed for me to think he's a good sensei.

So for simple missions like sneaky missions, Hiruzen probably thought it was better to send the weaker/children while concentrating the main fire power in a war battle, reason why Minato(who was most likely the strongest in Konoha) was affiliated to war battle and thus forced to leave his students for minor missions.
Like you've said, Minato's group had little to no screentime, so it's hard to judge how he handled the group, but Kakashi did mention the fact his sensei learned him the rasengan, so it's not like he didn't try to train them
Dude.. you're really making this hard. I want you to read, sir. Read the first post, first couple words. Then asked yourself, why are you asking for manga scans.
Kakashi was put in charge of the Third Division and still made it in time to stop Naruto from being soloed Obito.
Minato could have said something to Kakashi.
Even Sasuke could feel Naruto's chakra. U_U I guess he has some, but it's mediocre. Otherwise, he would sensed Obito taking out the guards.

he was fighting the front lines alone as he was ordered to divert attention of the enemy from kakashi's team

and yet stopped kakashi from killing obito even after all the horrible things he had done
