Unfortunately two of his students died meaningless.
One of them somehow survived and now he is taking over the world.

I know what you are trying to say, but it isn't Minato's fault. What can he do about the Uchiha's emoshit?

Wasn't Sasuke bout to slaughter Kohona?
Wasn't it Hiruzen's fault that Sasuke went with Oro?
Because Itachi failed and couldn't convert Sasuke to good, nor use Koto on him, his hatred for Kohona grew even more, why not talk about him?
Stop bashing, when you don't even know your facts, there are far worst characters who have failed, Minato has not. Had it not been for him, Kohona would have been wrecked and your precious Sasuke wouldn't be alive

Yes he did fail to protect his students but he made up for that by saving his village and having Naruto who is the Saviour of the ninja world.

Also he did face a 15/16 year old Obito who had Senju DNA from Hashirama which is basically steroids and also had the Mangeyko Sharingan..was also trained for like a year by Uchiha Madara who knows all the Uchiha secrets etc and is basically a legend among the Uchiha clan and the shinobi world and he did beat Obito on no knowledge at all when Obito knew everything about Minato being his ex student and all.

Since hes been resurrected hopefully he will do some good and do something about Obito
