Now I get it, I though when Jiraiya says Naruto needs to control Kyuubi chakra to complete a jutsu or a key, I always though that jutsu was the ftg tech, what a wste of time.

It was the tailed beast ball Minato wanted Naruto to learn how to use it on Kyuubi charka mode.
Also Minato tried to make Rasengan bigger and more powerful to a higher level like the tailed beast ball.

Bijuu Dama was the jutsu Jiraiya spoke about with the toad.

Actually i think that minato was planning on Naruto learning the Rasengan from Jiriyia then when he unlock kcm he will learn biju rasengan oh and yes i agree

i think its the rinnegan and the rinnegan is a blood limit of the uzumaki because after all the only person to naturally awake it is nagato and hes an uzumaki. i think to get the rinnegan naruto has to have sometpe of shock or something or maybe the tailed beast will help naruto awaken the rinnegan and i think the other power naruto has is not just talk no jutsu but rinnegan

PS:ik this is far-fetched but its just my opinion
