IMO Minato has been extremely overrated lately. Here's just a few characters I think that can take him.

This is an open versus discussion for any of the matches. This is Base Minato.

• 3rd Raikage > Minato [Mid-High Diff]
• Hebi Sasuke > Minato [High-Extreme Diff]
• MS Sasuke > Minato [Mid Diff]

• Orochimaru > Minato [High Diff]
• Rinnegan Obito > Minato [Mid Diff]
• Tobirama > Minato [High Diff] (Now that we have Lv 2 Flying Thunder God feats for Tobirama, the only thing Minato has over him is a faster Shunshin.)

Sasuke can beat him when EMS, he has high difficulty when MS and can't do it in Hebi.​

Exactly how is Minato going to beat him? Sharingan has already been able to consistently keep track of his body movements. He's outmatched in a weapon battle. His summons are countered by summons. If Sasuke gets tagged then he has Body Shedding.

@bold the same move that takes over 50% of his chakra. Minato will tag him the moment the fight starts, his shunshin is above Madara the same Madara who blitzed Naruto in SM. But SM and 3T are able to react to the 3rd/4th Raikages V1 attack at the last second and yet Naruto could only block Madara's body flicker.

Minato who earned his nickname from his shunshin along with hype and feats puts him above Madara in shunshin. Sasuke cannot react to Minato's assault, moment he gets tagged he loses.

@bold the same move that takes over 50% of his chakra. Minato will tag him the moment the fight starts, his shunshin is above Madara the same Madara who blitzed Naruto in SM. But SM and 3T are able to react to the 3rd/4th Raikages V1 attack at the last second and yet Naruto could only block Madara's body flicker.

Minato who earned his nickname from his shunshin along with hype and feats puts him above Madara in shunshin. Sasuke cannot react to Minato's assault, moment he gets tagged he loses.

Naruto blocked Madara's attack, it just knocked him back. That's not blitzing.

Where did you get that percentage anyway? That was after Sasuke had used many chakra draining attacks, 50% is way too much, even then its only a back up plan. Chidori Current stops Minato from getting close.

Hebi Sauke was BA, don't underestimate him. Not saying he'll win, but he'd offer a good fight

Either way he moved so fast that Naruto couldn't avoid it, he could only block. Minato is faster so anything you try to do to sugar coat that scan is meaningless since Minato is far faster than Madara and the Raikage's in V1.

Sasuke would struggle to do even 1 oral rebirth, if he does this then Minato can tag him again. Sasuke won't use Chidori Nagashi right off the bat, when he was engaging Itachi in a Taijutsu battle he didn't use it once.

@Bold: No it doesn't. The oral rebirth isn't what caused the exhaustion, or not the main cause. The summoning of the Rashmon gates and Orochimaru possessing a weakened body were.
