Tsunade takes alive Minato, since his firepower isn't enough to take Tsunade down.
Tsunade has many chances to attack Minato, and he can't take a single hit from her. Tsunade can take anything Minato has to offer, and she seems to have more chakra than Minato.
I'd say these two are pretty much on equal grounds, but Tsunade having an edge because of her byakugo no jutsu.
The new databook things don't affect the outcome.

Lel, give Tsunade a Byakugan in one eye and Izuna's MS in the other (Enton/Ama) and she still loses. Being able to perceive doesn't equate to reaction, and Tsunade's bodily reaction is slow enough to be touched by pt. 1 Kabuto continuously.

base minato just has to tag her and he can warp rasengans into her anytime he wants to, plus frog song GG. Although if tsunade summons 5% katsuyu and has it split and destroy minato's hirashin markers, it might get difficult for him. He'll probably have to summon bosses and use those giant katons to deal with the slugs.
