I agree with this. I've seen a lot of people favor Minato but never quite win in a debate between the two.

But in all seriousness, I'm thinking the Sannin. Orochimaru having White Zetsu's abilities would be pretty tricky. His delayed Spore Jutsu would be difficult to handle I think, not to mention he could create who knows how many clones of himself, Jiraiya, and Tsunade with his Parasitic Clone Jutsu. All this on top of their original abilities.

Alive Minato isn't enough to take Tsunade down given her byakugo no jutsu and reflexes. Her reaction speed is enough to react at some point.
