Cool story bro. Minato is better than shuisi period. KA not only get's avoided due to minato's sensory skills and high level synapses which is able to react to attacks,and powerful abilities that shisui has never even so much as even heard of, but shisui also get's defeated without so much as putting up a good fight. Minato's sensory skills was traveling as far as a whole country like tobirama's,which is how he sensed naruto at the battle field. Shusi fight's minato face to face he's gonna get demolished..Even "speed" which shisui THINKS he excels in looks ridiculous, laughable , and pathetic in comparison to minato's. It's funny you talk about naruto and sasuke's base speed i bet shisui couldn't even dodge that if he had, ftg,raiton armor,and a sage mode boost. The hokage spot is the highest position in the village to even be considered for the position say's a lot about you especially at the age minato was. A hokage is recognized as the strongest ninja in the village. Fugaku didn't even have any feats that came close to qualifying for that position. And danzo wasn't getting it.Period.
