People underestimate Sasuke/Madara's fighting abilities outside of Susano'o and fail to account for their many advantages in regular melee combat. An EMS user is the perfect counter to Minato's speed, and Sasuke has exponentially greater stamina feats. No matter how fast Minato is, he'll always be attacking with a Rasengan or a Kunai, either of which can be blocked with a simple Susano'o ribcage, Susano'o arm, or even countered with a chidori/sword, etc.
Minato's analytical skills don't really outshine Sasuke's or Madara's. People underestimate Sasuke in that respect, as well.
I'm not a Sasuke fan, his EMS feats disappoint me. Still frustrating to see people assume Minato will pull off all these flashy moves with no counter, despite Sasuke's most basic feats providing ample evidence that he can counter. To me, Minato's assets (speed, intelligence) are wasted here given that Sasuke is nearly equal in both and has a Sharingan. Sasuke has vastly superior stamina, defense, firepower, diversity of attacks (at least 3 attacks of each range type, made of Katon, Enton, or Raiton). Sasuke has stronger defense. Sasuke has Genjutsu. Sasuke has 2 types of summoning jutsu. Sasuke's sword with Chidori is excellent for melee combat.
I don't see Minato taking this easily by any stretch, it's an uphill battle by any objective measure. Minato would have to surpass all of his his previous feats in terms of chaining his moves together in a massive, fanfiction-esque combo. Even then, Sasuke would need to be nerfed by plot to make it believable, and there's no plot in a matchup thread.

Minato sends his clones to do the work so even if he touches Amaterasu nothing's gonna happen since its not real Minato!
