They could already see the chakra/magnetic bubble/whatever-you-call-it-which-induced-magnetism that popped out of the puppets chest. I believe Minato is the more versitile opponent here, if we take his speed, summons, Hirashin and S/T barrier into consideration.
How would your opinion change if summons' were restricted?

Kakuzu's, Deidara's and Sasori's jutsu are all wide spread, meaning they can cover multiple FTG marks simultaneously and they are probably the three smartest members of the Akatsuki.

Exactly, the first time the attack didn't 'break the sound barrier' because the attacks aren't fast enough.
The second time it 'broke the sound barrier' after he used the bubble of magnetism to increase it's velocity. But, even then it broke nothing as you guys are mistaking an object passing through a fluid as an object creating a sound cone after breaking the sound barrier.

Anyway, the most obvious thing, that shows us this never broke the sound barrier, is that chiyo reacted to it and activated a jutsu. Gaara couldn't do a single thing while lee was breaking the sound barrier all around him.

Deidara shat himself at a low-tier Sasuke's speed on numerous occasions.

So Sasuke is faster than Ay? Come on son, plenty of people of evaded his sand.

In Hiruko and with the 100 puppets. gonna need proof that he can't move when connected to them.

You don't get as widespread as a Biju Dama - which was countered by a S/T barrier. Things like Gian can easily be redirected.

They have no counter to Minato's versitility, stacked with Kage Bushin.
