Minato vs Pain

Minato Namikaze has FTG which carries no chakra, Rasengan, Above Average Taijutsu and was able 2 defeat Uchiha Madara. He also knows a very wide range of Seals. He is a very smart ninja(On d same level as Itachi or maybe higher) who can get a counter 4 almost all attacks durin battle.

Pain are 6 different bodies, each having a unique power(except Deva). Asura(Mechanical Bombs), Pretha (Absorbing ninjutsu), Deva (Gravitational control), Human(Soul and Memory carrier), Naraka (Reviving dead bodies) and Animal (Summoning animals). They are controlled by Nagato.

Minato could kill Preta Path with a Kunai after teleporting behind him, Deva Path has five second intervals which Minato could easily get around, The Asura Path's techniques are useless if he can't hit his enemy, The Human Path can't do anything without touching Minato, The summons won't matter and Minato would kill the Animal Path before she/he can summon, And Minato is smart enough to figure out that the Naraka Path revives the other bodies and he would defeat him first.
Also, there is a possibility that Minato is a sage, and if he is, then he can use his sage jutsu to figure out where the real body is. Either way, Minato Namikaze easily beats Nagato Uzumaki
