Can't Minato use Natural Energy to amplify the speed and consistency of his Hiraishin?

Hiraishin is instant so you cant increase the speed of teleportation...
His reactions are amplified though so he can anticipate things faster.

Pain has to deactivate the other 5 paths in order to use CST which takes a few seconds so yes Minato definitely has time to put a clone in front of himself which gives him prior warning to CST when he sees the clone thrown back. It's not supposed to provide any defense. You're right about the bold, it's just Minato can teleport before the force even hits him

Knowledge: Pain does not know about Minato's Sage Mode and sealing jutsus. Minato has none intel, except that he knows Six Paths of Pain shares visions, that's all.

Minato is a sensory type and adding Sage mode make his attack and speed faster, even though he does not need it anyway, because FTG is instant and he can teleport Deva Path away somwewhere safe from Konoha.

Do you really believe someone like Minato stands still there and watch Deva Path preparing a jutsu? He hides inside chameleon? Deva cannot use any jutsus when all of his paths gets deactivated and when he is preparing the jutsu. Remember, big jutsus takes time like for example Bijuu Dama, Chibaku Tensei, Kirin etc. Minato can just go ahead and finish him before he prepares the jutsus. Your argument is invalid.

Minato is one of the shinobi who is a quick thinker, and don't compare others to him. The review says that Pain confronts Minato and Tsunade, and talks about revenge and peace, but that's when Minato knows something big is coming as you said. Tsunade is not Minato, and besides he is faster lol... adding his FTG and sensing makes it better. Konoha won't get destroyed until a plot needs to change the story, or otherwise Minato takes this.

True that Tsunade didn't knew what was going to happen, but here again, this is Minato, not her.
