How? cause so far we know Minato uses shadow clones that can use FTG, and can also use RDS you know the technique that owned Orochimaru in Part 1, and would've sealed him for good had the caster not been an old man already missing 2/3 of himself.

Hiruzen had two of his shadow clones use RDS to seal Hashirama and Tobirama, that's why he was missing 2/3 of himself don't you read... It's already proven shadow clones can use Reaper Death Seal. Minato's shadow clones are strong as seen in the war arc.

It kind of does. Hiruzen admitted inferiority to Minato, when Hiruzen told Orochimaru even if he died a new and stronger Hokage would take his place and he pictured Minato. If Hiruzen didn't have to seal Hashirama and Tobirama, Hiruzen would've sealed Orochimaru with a shadow clone and won so one could say Hiruzen = Orochimaru more or less and Minato > Hiruzen=Orochimaru.
