Scenario 2: Minato is now an Edo. Obito gains Madara's Rinnegan in his right eye and is unable to summon any Bijuu or Jinchuuriki.

Or he could use kamui Giant Kunai knives, Giant Shurikens, and Kamui Stakes.

The mokuton wood cutter, Katon, and black rods would go easily hand in hand to rip minato apart.

As long as he doesn't restrict himself from capturing Minato again.

Scenario 1). Obito uses his Sharingan to take control of Minato's toads, and uses them against him. Other than that, his reaction time and reflexes have increased significantly, meaning he will keep up with V2 FTG. He just outlasts him.
