Of course Minato, with his FTG it would be pretty impossible for Naruto to hit him with Rasenshuriken... and about the 9 tailed beast i am sure Minato has a way to suppress it, remember he was a seal master, even Jyraia made a seal to suppress Naruto's cloak. Oh and don't tell me that he doesn't, his wife was also a jinchuuriki, and he was the one to design the seal that Naruto has, and was able to leave imprints of him and Kushina within the seal in only one move, so it is pretty obvious.
The only thing that Minato might have a problem with would be Sage mode but he can avoid it until Naruto runs out.
