I vote for minato because his space time gives him an edge. Also, while right now they're both probably equal in speed, i'd say minato's ftg and teleportation compensates his far weaker chakra. So what wins, ultimate chakra or ultimate space time/speed?

Naruto has a fox CLOAK, Minato fought with FULL FORM OF 9-TAIL.

Dude, Minato died at a young age! WHO KNOWS what the 4th could have done and learn! Sure Naruto is the hero of the story now, and has great chakra, the 9 tails (which his DAD gave him,...) the guts to never quit. My guts say Minato! Exactly! minato DIED, he created the rasengan, the death technique and who knows what else. those are the only ones kishi showed us. if he had still been alive im sure he would have made even more god like techniques. as it is one of the ones he made allows him to actually USE the grim reaper? epic! Yondaime would murder naruto in a fight (if he wasnt his dad lawl).naruto on the other hand has almost no idea how to use his flash technique effectively, whereas yondaime could even make a seal on naruto's body to teleport right to him if he wanted. his teleport technique was not limited to that shuriken thing he used.
