Minato, Naruto can't move instantaniously and minato can seal him. Oh and minato is smart while Naruto on the other hand is pretty dumb.

Sure Naruto can't move instantaneously, but he can still move much faster than the speed of sound though. And Minato needs a tag to FTG. Naruto can move to any location within a 100 m radius in less than a second.

And if you think Naruto is dumb then you obviously haven't been paying attention. I'll admit that he's not very smart at many points, but when it comes to battle strategy and stuff like that he's far above most characters, probably still below Minato, but he's up there.

OT: If we're talking Living Minato then Naruto simply can't lose. Living Minato can't really damage BM Naruto to be honest.

But if it's BM Minato vs BSM Naruto then it's much closer, however I still see Naruto taking it high diff, both cause he can combine his BM with Sage Mode, but also because he his mastery of BM is greater than Minatos.
