Am going with Naruto because he is an Uzumaki descendant which allows him to have high levels of chakara. He can also activate sage mode which can give him a slight sensing ability. He has even mastered the Rasengan jutsu combining it with his wind element. I believe Naruto have surpassed his father even without the nine tail fox. Minato can be able to use a hundred shadow clones but Naruto can use thousands and remember each time they are destroy he gain knowledge in his fighting abilities.
