Is it possible for Minato to restrict the ninetails chakra by surpressing the seal on naruto's stomach, since he's the one who did construct the seal. I'm sure he could stop naruto from using Kurama's power.
Naruto mid difficulty. KM Naruto can win by spamming KM clones all of which are faster than MInato's base speed. Minato will be forced to use FTG left, right and centre. Still Naruto's sensing abilities will allow him to find the exact location of his father so Minato won't have the element of surprise. Also Naruto can tank the rasengan and heal from any damage via Kyubbi chakra. Also Naruto clearly outlasts Minato when it comes to chakra reserves.
Minato's saving grace is his space time barrier if he can teleport the long ranged attacks back to Naruto.
@GoldLightning, the Kyubbi offers Naruto his own chakra now so Minato's seal isn't doing much since it works using Naruto's chakra to suppress the Kyubbi but now Naruto is no longer suppressing the Kyubbi.

I don't think that is entirely correct. You're telling me that Minato won't have a seal or counter seal formula to surpress Naruto's chakra connection with Kurama when he was the one who constructed it. I'm pretty sure he has some sort of seal to stop Naruto.

Minato wins.Minato will rebuild the seal on Naruto and then proceed to smash him with his superior ninja abilities and skills.

Naruto's seal changed from Eight Trigrams to the Torii seal after gaining KM, so I doubt Minato could interfere with the seal now.

ANybody who thinks Minato can seal The 9 tails chakra is wrong since Naruto is has a new seal which is much more powerful.
And not to mention he can go ahead and undo it anytime.

As usual Minato is underrated, but what some people forget is that actually Minato has better speed feats than Naruto, and he has that with far less screentime. Minato has never been hit by someone unless he wanted, not even by Tobi or Raikage or even others in battle so far we know, when both Tobi and Raikage managed to push back Naruto in multiple occasions. Minato owned Tobi in less than 2minutes. Naruto can't even hit Tobi without Kakashis help and they were four(Naruto, Kakashi, Gai and Bee). It's why i believe that eventhough Naruto closed the gap in speed, Minato still has much more experience in it, and FTG is an instant teleportation technique, what many people forget, so no matter how fast Naruto is, he can't be faster than Minato.
How can he touch Minato if he can't even touch Tobi? Sure Minato doesn't have Kamui that makes him difficult to touch like Tobi, but how does Tobi actually manage to know where Naruto could hit him? How does he manage to know when to teleport parts of his bodies to dodge? He knows it because he has time to see it and use his kamui in the exact same time to dodge and counter-attack. Replace Tobi with Minato and instead of using Kamui, Minato can simply use FTG to dodge, or even take this opportunity to counter attack like he did against Raikage for example. Minato was able to crush Tobi with a perfect timing created in less than one minute when he even had no idea about his opponent, not even knowing how his jutsu works. It's where Minato is greater than Naruto, it's where it would be dangerous for Naruto if he wants to battle him in a battle of speed, especially when you know that close combat is dangerous for Naruto as well. If he gets marked for example, the fight will be almost over, since Minato could appear next to him everytime he wants and finish him instantly.
If Naruto uses TBB, Minato can redirect it to him, so he will only kill himself. If he wants to speedblitz Minato, like i've said, he risk to get marked by him and if he manages to do so, he is done for. So only chance is to use KM clones as feints and use this opportunity to catch Minato off-guard, but is it happening? Not sure. Minato can tag every place in the battlefield, so can teleport in an instant everywhere there are his markings. Naruto on the other side can fail to realise one of these markings, which could lead to his defeat. It's funny that some people think that Naruto will win easily. Naruto have to actually think about what he is doing, cuz if he does only one error, it could mean his death. That's why i think this fight could go either way. It depends on certain circumstances. Even the battlefield will be really important to determine the winner

^I agree Naruto is being overrated here, after all Tobi is keeping up with his easily and even managed to get him few times if it wasn't for Kakashi and Gai. But the problem for Minato is Naruto has near limitless chakra and can spam his KM clones and the other thing is does Minato actually have a technique that can actually go through the chakra shroud because I don't think Kunai and Rasengan is going to cut it.
Screentime is a poor point of debate. Whenver Minato was shown he was shown as strong. Naruto has more screentime but we have seen him more only because he is the main protagonist. If you were to just take into account this fight:
For screentime you would see that Naruto is better actually.

What kind of argument is that? Tobis Kamui is superior s/t technique to FTG. Minato can teleport only to marked spots, Naruto with his clones and insane speed surely would be able to exploit that.
But really, what can Minato do in order to hurt Naruto? Normal Rasengan and Kunai arent enough. Redirected TBB seems to be Minato only option, but I doubt Naruto will use it against opponent like Minato. Its simply not needed.
It wasnt about speed, it was about Narutos looks.

You didn't read what i've said. I was not talking about which jutsu is better between Kamui or FTG. I was saying that if Tobi actually has time to react against Naruto by using Kamui to teleport part of his bodies, i don't see why Minato who is faster won't be able to FTG quickly also. Sure with the clones, Naruto can cover the battlefield, but we're talking about an instant jutsu. It's greatly probable that Naruto won't even have time to react when he appears and disappears from one place to another
Since when is Naruto immune to kunais or Rasengan? Hell, he was even worried about a Raikiri-kunai. Minatos rasengan has shown a great power, probably greater than a normal rasengan from Naruto. Go back and re-read the fight against Tobi and look the impact when he got hit by Minatos rasengan. It totally destroyed Tobis body(protected by a Zetsu-Hashiramas body) and cut his hand, even created a crater at that moment. With a simple kunai again he was able to cut apart Hachibis limb and again create a crater at that moment and you say that Naruto will survive that? It's possible that he could be even sliced in half. Even if he survives, he would surely have great damage
