If Minato gets close up to him between the 5 second interval Nagato can fight him with his Kuroibo.

How? Can't Rinnegan just track his movements? If he gets to close he can just use a 360 Shinra Tensei or Parry his Kunai strikes with his Chakra Rod.

If he gets hit by Shinra Tensei it isn't easy to get back up from considering it is Nagato's. You do realize that Nagato's Shinra Tensei is a hell of a lot stronger than Deva's right?
