All he needs to do is create a shadow clone and mark that clone (he doesn't even need to mark the clone if its holding a kunai) and then the clone runs far away from the battlefield while the real minato continues to fight. And ain't no one catching Minato's clone running at full speed.

guys guys minato doesn't need to run away... he already has kunai's all over NV...! minato teleported jubi's bijudama to the sea...! did he throw a kunai...? no it was already there...! and i think even madara stated something like you have kunai's all over the world...!

When you have a debate anything out side the designated area is prohibited and does not count. That's basically saying he has super prep over the enemy. If that's the case, nagato starts the battle with CB in the air, does that sound fair? Or 10 more 6 paths of pain bodies, does that sound fair? The only marks he have to teleport to are the ones he carries on a regular, besides that if anything leaves the area 9him), that counts as flee'ing and counts as a lost!
