Minato vs Nagato

Both characters have all known abilities and summons available to them. Nagato is healthy and all 6 paths are in one body. Therefore, I am not talking about Pain.

Contract seal> All summons (Outer path- cant summon Gedo mazo, animal path-cant summon animals for shared vision, asura path-cant summon body parts, Naraka path, cant summon hell demon) basically, if minato places this seal on nagato, he will lose four of his paths (Asura, outer, animal, and naraka)

That leaves him with Deva, Preta and Human path, preta can counter rasengan and any ninjutsu but Minato's kunai can cut through a bijuu tail (see fight against A and B), Minato will use FTG and pawn Nagato, without his shared vision, he wopnt be able to react in time, maybe with Deva's shinra tensei but he only gets one shot otherwise the five second gap could be easily exploited by minato.

Teleportation Barrier and even FTG > Chibaku Tensei.

Minato also has Toad summons and can obviouusly summon ma and pa too, and he hell of alot smarter then Jiraiaya so ngato will have his hands full.

Without prior intel for Minato, I would give it a draw or maybe possibly a win for nagato.

But if they were to fight now, Nagato would lose (Minato has intel cause he saw and heard everything through Narauto's eyes inside the seal.)

Minato's abilities give the convenience of being either able to completely avoid nagato's moves (FTG) or teleport them somewhere else (Teleportation barrier) or simply remove nagato's access to those jutsu (contract seal)

Nagato obviously has more fire power and variation (seven paths and master of all five elements, plus doujutsu superior perception)

They are both super smart but Minato is wiser.

My opinion? They are shinobi of the same level, Minato would win 5 out of ten times and nagato would also win 5 out of ten times.

Though im a Minato fanboy, id choose Nagato. Since Nagato is considered to be the child of prophecy and the 3 sage of the six paths(or something like that). though with the use of his space-time, he might have a chance.

Anyway for this fight it depends. If Nagato can walk without problems he wins, otherwise i see Minato winning.

with knowledge it's very hard for Minato to win, as Nagato can take a number of measures to avoid Minato getting close to mark him, and target his kunai. It's still possible for Minato to outwit Nagato, but ST offers 360% protection and I don't think Minato can't tank it too often. So i'm going to vote Nagato

Nagato takes this, as much as I like Minato he has no way of winning.

1. FTG is a big help here but Nagato can just fling his Kunais away with ST
2. If Minato gets close enough to Nagato how will he finish him? Nagato can easily absorb Rasengan
3. Frog summonings will be easily countered by Nagato's summonings

If it was Minato vs Six Paths of Pain in six different bodies I'd say he might take it High dif, but in this case we have a battle that Minato can not win.
