Minato IS cool, but in power levels it's definitely Nagato.... in a fight I'd give Nagato 62.5% to win, and only 37.5% to Minato... which is relatively good. Most Kages would have 20%-25% and comon ninjas 2%-12%...

Nagato's summons are verypowerful, And the multi-headed dog is Near unbeatable, and shared vision, So he has almost Zero blindspots.

Nagato can absorb ALL ninjutsu, So no rasengan.

Nagato can Suck out chakra just by a touch

he has also shown to be able to Fly/Hover when he destroyed The leaf

nagato is easily the more powerful ninja, however minato is easily the smarter of the two and ftg is a valid counter to all his techs, including chibaku tensei, provided that he has either managed to put a seal on nagato, which is very doable, or has a kunai outside the chibaku range. his jutsu except bansho tenin/shinra tensei are not that quick, which give him time to teleport. and the fact that he's crippled gives minato a big advatantage too. personally i think minato will win, but with very high difficulty.

His summons are strong minato has some good ones too plus he can do what he did to kyuubi to them.

Nagato can absorb and minato can dodge just as easily as nagato can absorb basically both are untouchable by the other.

Nagato couldnt touch him, too fast

If he decided to do it he would have to get distance and minato isnt gonna watch him run away. If he did it without getting distance from his oppenet both would be tenseid

I don't see Nagato winning this even though he has more powerful techs than Minato. As seen during Minato's fight with Tobi he teleported to Kunais far from harms way to escape being hit by Madara. If Tobi got beat in speed and only managed to get Minato with a chip of glass then I don't see how Nagato would beat Minato.

Minato's ftg will let him easily avoid Nagato's pull or push. We have seen him throw Kunais and ftg to them. All of Nagato's techs are just too slow to catch Minato and he seems to be able to ftg using virtually no chakra.
