Minato vs. Nagato(six paths)

Well, lets say that Minato was somehow able to defeat Kyuubi and Tobi, and sealed it into his son successfully and didn't died, And continued to be the Hokage of Konoha.


At this movement, Six paths of pain appear to destroy konoha and capture Kyuubi or Naruto. Naruto is learning SM in mount Myoboku and WON'T come back to help his dad.

So, Minato has to defend Konoha, or fight Six paths of pain.

-Jiraya has died and sent info about how six paths work, and hence minato has intel on six paths.
-Nagato has NO info about how FTG works.
-Nagato full strength.
-Minato full strength


So who wins? I think Minato would able to defeat Nagato more easily than Naruto, plus Nagato didn't have any info of FTG, he is facing him first time.

Are you implying that Minato has full knowledge on Pein or just what Jiraiya said? If the former than Minato should win w/ about Mid diff but if the latter it can go either way.

Animal path solos. Neither Minato or his summons are getting past 8 boss summons, the splitting dog would cause the most trouble and then there's gedo Mazo. Animal path can just stay invisible inside the chameleon so he doesn't get taken out. Deva solos as well.

Pein is too much for Minato. Chibaku Tensei destroys all scattered kunai. Banshou Tenin could draw Minato in for the kill. Nagato's summons cannot be defeated by Gamabunta and co. Shinra Tensei keeps Minato away from Deva Path, eliminating the prospect of Minato tagging him. All in all, Pein would win.

if this is true minato wins easy he's have alot of chakra plus the kyubii all his techs could be spammed to death

You're right about Animal path and Gedo, he probably wouldn't solo but just give Minato and his summon a hard time and waste his chakra. The other paths would be need to finish him.

Nagato wins. The shared vision will nullify FTG's surprise factor, though due to the knowledge Minato gets a free lucky hit.
FTG won't be hard to figure out, the basics, A managed to figure it out. Likely Pain will do, and he'll probably find out about the 'Minato can tag people/things' the hard way.

Due to this knowledge Minato may do well, but not extremely better than Naruto. This however comes to a stop when God Realm comes in, a strong enough and well timed Shinra Tensei can and would put Minato down.
