Condition: Minato is not allow to blitz in the beginning of the fight. He cannot go out of bounce (can only warp in location), and isn't allow to remove the battlefield via Summoning.

Example: The mass of Gamabunta should be able to break apart the room. Therefore the battlefield is no longer inside the chambers

Minato still wins... he is a sensor and faster than MS sasuke and mei.. meaning none of mei's techs are touching him and he will still kill mei before corrosive gas effects him since mei is not very bright with taijutsu... she relies on her double KKG which is too slow to catch minato other than hidden mist jutsu or corrosive gas.. although this gas may damage minato so he'll have to teleport out or destroy the location at the beginning, in the middle or at the end of battle...
