Minato vs Kyuubi - Hiruzen vs Tobi

Hiruzen loses and loses badly. He has nothing to counter Tobi''s s/t jutsu and intangibility. Minato has a lot of counters for the kyuubi, so he'd actually do a better job against it than Hiruzen did IMO.

People overate Tobi's jutsu because as Fu and Torune as well as Minato having stated that the way to counter his S/T jutsu is to counter his counter attack.

Now can Hiruzen win most likely not since we don't really know the full extent of his abilities. However if he's able to avoid Tobi's first assault and analyze his jutsu a bit then I think he would have a better chance especially if he were to summon Enma and have him as a deterrent from Tobi attacking Hiruzen.
