Scenario 2: BM Minato is stuck inside Konan's Paper Ocean. Can his Kurama Avatar tank 600 billion paper tag explosions?

Blitzing, teleporting, and Rasengan is all he has under these conditions. I dont see how this will work out for Minato.

Konan ends up attaching all paper bombs to Minato's Kunai's and waits for the next teleportation.
Or Paper Bushin feint explosion.

I guess Minato could use multi shadow clones and Rasengan everywhere, which seems unrealistic for his style.

I think Konan wins neg diff. Kunai slashes and Rasengan doesn't do shit to her in paper form when she can disperse herself into a bunch of paper butterflies and spread her consciousness throughout her paper. She can multiply her paper bombs and spread them around the battlefield, attaching them to Minato's kunai and blowing it up when he teleports. Or she feints him out with a suicide-bombing paper clone, and explodes it when he attacks. She can spread out paper

disguised as rocks with her camouflage technique which fooled sharingan, as well as create a blizzard of papers and swarm the area with paper shurikens going in all directions (effective against clones which have low durability and lesser reaction time.)

These are some impressive points, but I don't agree with Konan negging KCM Minato, it's impossible. A feat like that would put her above a lot of other characters who could easily destroy her in battle. I think Minato wins mid dif ​

Konan wins since summons are restricted. She can block Minato's LoS and replace herself with a Paper Bunshin that is also comprised of exploding tags, so when she's hit Minato ends up losing a large portion of his body. All his attacks are pretty much futile and she can pretty much scatter paper around the areas of the Kunai in order to give him a harder time and set up traps. Terrible match-up for him.

Paper bombs absolutely rape Minato's avatar in scenario 2. 1 billion paper bombs a second is a massive number most people can't comprehend.

He just needs to kunai, one for teleport and the other for a slash. He can blitz her, or can use Hiraiashin blits, she doesnt have the reactions to avoid his attack.

If that does not work, he can use Katon jutsus like Jiraiya. Minato wont get hit by Konan, even with intel, look at Obito. And we have not seen all Minato jutsus. But with his strength and speed could win this
