there pretty much equal in speed and ninjutsu ( naruto has the edge ) genjutsu is unknown but minato has better tactics

who wins? why?
location:where minato sealed kurama in naruto
intent:sparring match
knowledge:as if minato where alive all this time( basically they know eachothers moves from head to toe inside and out)
