Minato vs Kakashi (read conditions)

This is a battle to see who can utilize basic ninja skills the best.

Both shinobi have

-Six kunai knives
-Four shuriken
-Two paper bombs
-Two smoke bombs

ALL NINJUTSU, GENJUTSU AND DOJUTSU IS PROHIBITED, EXCEPT:

-Clone jutsu (not shadow clones, just basic Academy-level clones)
-Substitution jutsu
-Transformation jutsu

The location is a dense forest. Who wins?

Minato's reflexes are a lot faster than Kakashi's, so I think the former wins.

minato is better in basic ninja fighting... he is kakashi's sensei after all... it's just how i believe kakashi will win against his students 1 on 1 in this type of battle though sasuke might be a tough one...
OT: minato takes it mid diff... his shunshin is lot better (e.g when kakashi was about to stab obito), has lot better reflexes, and is better at analysis and battle tactics than kakashi(proven on multiple occasions like at current battlefield analyzing godudamas)...
