Kakashi is very knowledgeable of Minato's FTG and with Might Guy as a teammate I'm sure they would be successful. However, I still think Minato has the advantage because of speed. Minato FTW or "Draw".

A good counter for Kamui along with his barriers should really help him when fighting these two, and he's bound to have many more techniques to help.

The only problem I see is that Kakashi knows his sensei's fighting style, or a good portion of it. Even A was keeping track of the amount of FTG kunai laying around him after the first feint, so Kakashi naturally would before Minato uses a teleport feint the first time (having prior knowledge and what-not). If Kakashi has some sort of plan, it might work... but I doubt it.
