because edo tensei is auto win for kabuto, he summon nagato and itachi and its all over, and its not like kabuto will lose without edo tensei,

he still have Sage Art: Inorganic Reincarnation/muki tensei that can control things that have no life functions by gifting them with some of their own life force, allowing kabuto to freely manipulate the substance according to his will let say FTG kunai for example U_U

Well Kabuto has taken many jutsu's but you also set the area up in the cave which would have originally given Kabuto the advantage but well lets face it if Minato places FTG seals in different places (outside, inside, on the target) he could avoid and hit his target at anytime. Resengan will still cause massive damage to Kabuto and how many times can he shed his skin before he runs out of Chakra, so that plays into account, I honestly would have to say Minato.

nah minato haven't placed any FTG seal in the cave or outside , but he can still placed it once the battle start.

Kabuto wins. The location is too enclosed to make FTG too useful and Muki Tensei can easily basically cover every area that Minato tries to port to. Fortunately, Hakugeki and the like can reach the entirety of the cave as well and those jutsu are much more useful against Minato instead of an open location. He picked a good venue to fight the Uchiha brothers to get an advantage.

Kabuto can simply liquify to avoid any attacks by Minato, unusually so that Minato will be the one on the defensive here.
