Itachi is nowhere near Minatos level. It's just your opinion about that. You say that cuz Itachi has much more feats. How many times have we seen Itachi fighting? Uncountable. How many times have you seen Minato fighting? Just one, against Tobi+Kyubi and a village to save, Tobi a man that Itachi could never even think he has a chance against.
