Bout time people start giving Jiraiya a little credit. Minato is not some unstoppable force of destruction that does not tire. He has speed, and his chakra levels aren't as high as they could be.

I don't like either one of them, but it's obvious that Minato takes this mid-difference. Jiriya's most powerful attacks are linked to his sage mode, and that takes forever to initiate. Mintao can easily take him out in his transitional state, when he is literally a sitting ducks with his hands firmly clapped together.
