[VS] Minato vs Jiraiya and Orochimaru

Full intel for everyone on everyone
Intent: kill
Everyone starts in base
Start range: mid
Jiraiya and Minato can summon the same Toads and have them both fighting for the summoner at the same time even though in the anime/ manga this is not possible. For example, they could both have Gamabunta summoned and they each would successfully summon him, so there would be two Gamabuntas, neither one being a clone.

Scenario 2:
No intel for anyone on anyone (Jiraiya has intel on Orochimaru and Orochimaro has intel on Jiraiya).
Intent: kill
Everyone starts in base
Start range: mid
Jiraiya and Minato can summon the same Toads and have them both fighting for the summoner at the same time even though in the anime/ manga this is not possible. Minato has all abilities he has shown to have while alive as well as SM. So does Jiraiya. Edo Tensei is restricted, but Orichimaru has everything else.

Everyone is in their prime in both scenarios.
Who wins each battle? For both scenarios there is no preparation (ex: scattering FTG kunai everywhere).

But I would say jiriya and oro since jiriya trained minato he knows almost everything
Orochimaru and jiriya abilities are- toad and snake summons, sage mode, hydra technique, some rasengan variations, Edo tensei, sword of kusangi, plus they have more experience, and they both have knowledge on minatos abilities.
Minatos abilities- Ftg, sealing techniques, rasengan, maybe a few other abilities
So I say jiriya and oro mid diff

He has instant/perfect Sage Mode i.e. pulls out Toad Sages faster i.e. his Frog Song is prepped faster.

Once that's done ( he can also fuse with Ma and Pa ), team 2 is toast.

Instant? No. Minato already stated it takes too long for him to gather the chakra, not to mention he used one Rasengan and he lost his Sage Mode. So he won't be pulling out Ma and Pa any faster than Jiraiya.

Ma uses SM, and she summoned Pa, Naruto, and 4 boss toads at once. Jiraiya needed to build up chakra to do it, leading me and others to believe that if you are using Sage Mode, you can summon them faster.

Shinobi have to mold and build up chakra for any techniques they use. Wouldn't the reason it took Jiraiya so long to summon them was in fact because he had a hard time building up and molding the chakra for it? He can't balance natural energy perfectly, can't use SM on his own, and sucks in Genjutsu (chakra control). His control is high, but nothing to Minatos.

Minato is the opposite of all of that. Hell he can even transfer chakra to others. This leads me to believe he wI'll need little time if at all to summon Ma and Pa.

Obviously different rules apply when toads summon other toads. We don't even know if Ma was in SM when she summoned them. Minato can't even summon Ma/Pa without drawing a special blood summoning on his face...
