all others pales in comparison with Minato. ِAlso, Itachi has no way in putting Minato under Genjutsu.

If Obito did not last even 2m against Minato how would Itachi? Itachi even said he can't surpass MS obito except with

Unless OP meant Edo, Minato never had KCM whilst he was alive.

Edo Minato would beat Edo Itachi with approximately low, MAYTBE mid diff. All he has to do is shunshin to him with KCM speed, Itachi will be forced to put up Susanoo or get tagged, then Minato simply teleports Susanoo to Konoha and seals him.
