Who would win Itachi vs. Minato?, i believe Minato would win due to extensive knowledge of taijutsu although itachis mastery of taijustsu is great his but due too his "bad chakra" as the 3rd hokage puts it i can not seeing him have the indurence too last agianst Minato, what do you guys think?

It would depend on how good Minato is at countering Genjutsu, i can't say for sure as i don't have anything to go on without that.

Itachi, Minato can't get passed Susanoo, Susanoo was able to defend against Sasuke's Kirin, an attack as fast as lightning.

This is a tough one
Even tho I feel that genjutsu gives Itachi an advantage I think if Minato could work around it he could win
But there is always the problem of Susano'o

Either way it would be a great fight to see

konohamaru eliminates both with little effort because he's alive and they're both dead and this vs matchup would go for more than another decade.

No! We will not resurrect this once never ending debate. We finally concealed this debate once and for all, and you have summoned it back! Let's end this now, and it was ALREADY decided, Itachi wins.

If Minato looks in Itachi's eyes, he's done for -> Tsukuyomi. I'm sure he has no counter for it, but if he is cautious and doesn't look into his eyes I'd say Minato wins due to Itachi's bad stamina.
Anyway, it could go either way.

Minatos' only problem is genjutsu, if he gets around that, he wins.

Itachi activates Susano'o... then what? With his low stamina, he cannot maintain it. All Minato has to do is dodge his attacks and once his Susano'o is gone, it's over. I feel as if Itachi would win solely because of Tsukuyomi.

Probably one of the easiest counters. Minato just FTG's a few times around and Itachi loses his Susano'o due to his stamina. If he can get around Genjutsu, win goes to Minato for sure.
