Nagato and Minato > Itachi IMO bashing isn't and wasn't my intent if so you think it is bashing

Nagato isn't that threatened by Minato, Itachi's the one with potentially destructive jutsu... But Itachi wouldn't be able to handle A prime Nagato so. .

1. Nagato

His eyes in general arguably make him the best.

2. Itachi

Infinite legendary items (and Amaterasu spam) arguably makes him the best.

3. Minato

His new chakra mode arguably makes him the best. (I'll wait until he shows a better offense.)
