My thoughts: Minato take's it mid-high difficulty, he know's about the Uchiha clans genjutsu and is too smart to be tricked so easily, Itachi's stamina when unhealthy isn't too great, so Minato will just evade and wear him down, aswell as completely outclassing Sasuke from the get go.

EDIT: Heh, sorry for making a "ridiculous" post, it just came into my mind so yeah, I am kind of new so would one of you care to explain why he'd get wooped so easily?
