1. Minato has unrivaled strength, savior, man that can't be surpassed.

2. Hiruzen has Supreme God of all Shinobis, over 1000 genjutsu, professor, strongest Hokage as well as Kage of all time.

Feats :

1. Minato has Tobi + Kurama combo, A + Bee combo

2. Hiruzen has Hashi + Tobirama + Oro combo.


So I say this is a draw considering this is the PRIME Hiruzen.
