ok and so what happens when he finds out hashirama is? he see's human body's of chakra, how is he going to dodge wooden spears that are coming to impale him?
He can't .. if hashirama decides to only hold him down, then sure... , but if hashirama decides to take a more offensive method, he'd get killed...

I believe wood release would be able handle gama...

Possibly but when Naruto summoned Gamabunta they were destroying huge sections of forest.

As to Minato, he would be a pretty terrible ninja if he can't dodge wooden spears. I mean Old Hiruzen was able to block taijutsu hits in the dark from multiple opponents and Minato is faster and has infinitely faster reaction times than Hiruzen.

Natural speed is obviously in Minato's favor, as we saw Hashirama's speed and taijutsu in part 1. (that was his real speed, Oro's IWR may have limited the arsenal of his edo's but it doesn't have an effect on their other attributes)

Actually what you saw was in part one was not Hashirama's real speed. Lets be real here. They were standing still, which allowed sarutobi to place a tag on him and tobimara;

The fact that sarutobi was able to place a tag so easily on them says it all. Besides tobirama being an s/t user didnt even utilise this.

I already said Oro's version of IWR limited their arsenal but it in no way affects their speed or strength, only their ability to make their own decisions about what jutsus to use.

IWR is IWR, the souls didn't somehow get stronger when Kabuto did IWR, it is just that he let them decide what jutsus to use for the most part and how to fight whereas Oro was directly controlling those two.

Their speed, and strength was not affected at all.
