No, Minatos markings never go away for life so its very normal and legit that he can fly to all the areas he has marked before.

Yes it is the manga, everything is the manga. Realistically, Minatos markings exist in various places around the world and never disappear. That's one of the main advantages he has over most characters.

You only call it desperate because it makes you butt hurt, don't like it then tough.
